Are you saying you have:   DATA T1 and PRI T1 (voice)   ?   Anyway some part numbers would help but most Cisco T1′s use the WICT1CSU/DSU v2 “card” and have a RJ45 onboard that plugs into the ISP smartjack. Unless its 10 yars old.
