Failover time between primary and secondary central switch in a hirarchial network configuration in case of primary switch failure through HSRP .
what will be the time in case of VRRP.
in 2960 connected through multiple links through a central switch and spaning tree enabled what will be the time to switch over to the alternate links in case of primary link fails
