Hi all,
I am having some difficulty with MPLS RT in that I just do not understand how they work.
I understand that RD is what would make 192.168.100.1/24 for customer A unique from Customer B.
Now, when importing/exporting RT is this the same as the RD?
For example:
ip vrf acme_inc
rd 1:1
route-target import 1:1
route-target export 1:1
Could someone please clarify where we get the 1:1 for the “route-target import/export”?
Can anyone give an example?
