Making up a plan for learning CCIE

Hi guys,

I’m just a very young guy who has started learning CCIE. Before doing that, I need a good plan to follow.

So here’s the thing: I intend to read the recommended books first to enhance my knowledge, then work with the lab.

However, I wonder which book I should read first.

I plan to read the Cisco Press CCIE R&S Official Certification Guide 4th edition first, to get an overview about the topics covered by the written exam.

Then I will dig deeper by reading more focused book: Cisco Lan Switching, BGP Internter Routing Architecture, etc.

After finishing reading, I will buy some INE Workbooks and other lab workbook to practice.

So is this a good plan? Does anyone of you want to give me some pieces of advice?

I’m so happy to receive any contribution from you guys.’

Thanks and regards!
