I am receiveing this error message when i do a show vtp status.
I have created a VTP Domain using the 4500 as Server mode and all distribution/access switches ( 3560′s & 2960′s) set to Client mode. All the switches have the same password, same domain name and all using version 2.
Any ideas on this or where i should look?

You need to create some new vlans in order to increment the vlan database version. You can delete them once everything starts working but that should fix your problem.
