Hello -
There is a lot going on with the Internet as we know it. MPLS can play with the TTL that is reported, local policy on routers can play with the TTL, load balancing can be playing its part as well.
I would recommend a re-visit of IntegrationArchitect’s comments above, taking a deep breath, and realizing that we are looking at the metrics/TTL information for a network that we don’t individually control.
