3640 in boot loop..wont boot up..says Insufficient memory to load image

Hello,
I have a cisco 3640 router which is in a constant boot loop..it wont boot up. I formatted the flash and copied the correct image ?(through another 3640) but it didnt help..after decompressing the file it gave the following error…
Not sure what to do in this case..Can someone help please???/ Thanks….
