Hi
I am wondering why I can see no real movement on the QoS counters for the egress queue for a particular interface even though I am enabling the priority queue. I have to admit I have read the documentation on this and I dont understand it. When i make a call from a phone the ingress counters move. YAY! but not my egress counters
I have the following configured on the interface
interface FastEthernet0/3
switchport access vlan 30
switchport voice vlan 10
srr-queue bandwidth share 10 10 60 20
srr-queue bandwidth shape 10 0 0 0
priority-queue out
mls qos trust device cisco-phone
mls qos trust cos
auto qos voip cisco-phone
spanning-tree portfast
end
and the following configured Globally
mls qos srr-queue input priority-queue 2 bandwidth 30
mls qos srr-queue input cos-map queue 2 threshold 3 3 5
and the verification commands are thus
FastEthernet0/3
Egress Priority Queue : enabled
Shaped queue weights (absolute) : 10 0 0 0
Shared queue weights : 10 10 60 20
The port bandwidth limit : 100 (Operational Bandwidth:100.0)
The port is mapped to qset : 1
FastEthernet0/3
